Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Tambahkan jahe giling, tumis kembali selama 3 menit. Kemudian tambahkan cabe giling da tumis kembali selama 4menit. Tambahkan daging kambingrebus. Tambahkan semua bumbu yang lain dan kaldu kambing (dari air rebusan daging). Biarkan sampai daging benar-benar empuk. Sebelum diangkat, tambahkan satan kental dan biarkan mendidih. Tumis semua bumbu hingga wangi. Masukkan beras mentah yang telah ducui dan tumis kira-kira 10 menit. Tambahkan air dan garam, diamkan hingga mendidih. Blender bawang merah, bawang putih, ketumbar, serai, dan garam. Campur dengan cabai giling. &lt;br /&gt;2.      Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum. Aduk udag dan bumbu halus udang. Diamkan 15 menit. Goreng setengah matang. Angkat dan dinginkan&lt;br /&gt;2.      Panaskan minyak lalu masukkan udang yang sudah dingin betul. Goreng matang dan renyah.&lt;br /&gt;3.      Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Masukkan daun salam, aduk-aduk sebentar. Tambahkan kelapa sambil diasuk hingga kering. Tepung dan baking powder dicampur, adoni dengan air sampai merupakan adonan yang rata.&lt;br /&gt;2.      Campurkan telur yang dusah dikocok lepas, taruh garam, ratakan.&lt;br /&gt;3.      Panaskan minyak di wajan, masukkan kurma yang sudah dibuang bijinya dan sudah dicelup dengan adonan tepung.&lt;br /&gt;4. Ketan setelah dicuci direndam air kira-kira ½ hari &lt;br /&gt;2.      Tiriskan lalu kukus sampai ½ matang &lt;br /&gt;3.      Aroni dengan 1 gelas santan bergaram   &lt;br /&gt;4.      jika santan sudah terserap, kukus ketan sampai masak.&lt;br /&gt;5.      Panas-panas dituang di loyang beralaskan selembar plastik. &lt;br /&gt;6.      Tekan-tekan lalu potong persegi-persegi    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Srikaya : &lt;br /&gt;1.      Telur ayam dikocok sebentar &lt;br /&gt;2.      Dibubuhi 4 cangkir santan, gula jawa yang sudah dimasak dengan sedikit air dan disaring, sedikit garam &lt;br /&gt;3.      Tambahkan gula pasir jika kurang manis. &lt;br /&gt;4.      Tuangkan ke cucing (mangkok kecil-kecil), taruh sepotong daun pandan &lt;br /&gt;5. Masak sambil diaduk hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cake, kocok telur dan gula sampai kaku. Tambahkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan margarin cair, aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan muffin yang dialas kertas cup cake. Tuang ke dalam adonan sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi adonan menjadi dua. Satu ditambah cokelat pasta.
